Metal Tape - how to use it in your Mosaic
Projects.
This metal tape will allow you to take a piece of glass that you can see
through and give it a reflective back that you can't see through. Using
this technique doesn't give your glass the depth of reflection of a regular
mirror, but it will reflect the light back through the glass and hiding what
surface might be underneath of it (glue, cement, etc.).

Place the tape down on a smooth surface and carefully peel away the paper to expose the sticky side of the tape.
Clean the glass before putting it on the tape.
Place the glass down on the tape. If the glass has a heavy texture, it might be best to put the smooth side down next to the tape.

Turn the glass over and rub the tape down to make it stick to the glass better and get rid of any airbubbles.

The tape can make a big difference in the finished tile.

You can put a design on the tape or on the glass using a pen, etc. Caution: The design may fade with age.

Follow the above steps.

There you have a design that may add a nice accent to your project. Kids really enjoy this.
